Look the Part’s mobile application (“App”), website (“Site”), and digital channels, including affiliated social media pages and services (collectively, the “Services”), are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our audience.

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to images, graphics, layouts, designs, text, metadata, outfit identifications, character associations, product information, logos, trademarks, videos, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Look the Part and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Any duplication, reproduction, republication, extraction, scraping, downloading, copying, modification, distribution, resale, reverse engineering, automated collection, dataset creation, or commercial exploitation of the Services or Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

use bots, crawlers, scripts, AI agents, automated systems, data mining tools, emulators, or similar technologies to access, monitor, copy, extract, or interact with the Services;
attempt to reverse engineer, map, probe, test, or discover the structure, APIs, source code, databases, or underlying technology of the Services;
access the Services in a manner that generates excessive requests, disrupts normal platform operation, bypasses security or rate-limiting measures, or places an unreasonable load on our systems;
use the Services or Content to create competing products, datasets, databases, machine learning training materials, commercial fashion catalogs, or derivative services;
reproduce or republish our Content on third-party websites, applications, social platforms, marketplaces, or AI systems without express written permission.

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Services and to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms of Service or engage in suspicious, abusive, unauthorized, automated, or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to further investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Service and to suspend, restrict, terminate, or pursue legal action against individuals or entities engaged in unauthorized, automated, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use of the Services, including repeated or large-scale violations.

Introduction

This privacy policy (“Policy”) pertains to LOOK THE PART, INC. (“Company”) and how it treats personal information as it pertains to your use of our online website at https://www.lookthepart.tv (“Site”) and corresponding mobile application (“App”) which is available on the Apple App Store.

Our Site and App allow you to shop products curated from online clothing stores and other e-commerce retailers (“Services”).

Please read this Policy carefully. By visiting our Site or App, or using our Services, you agree to this Policy and consent to the collection, tracking, and use of any personal information as outlined throughout.

By continuing to use our Site and App after updates are posted, you are consenting to those changes. a. Registration Information

i. Registration with our Site and mailing list is optional. However, if you choose to register, we will retain information you provide us including (but not limited to) your name and email address. We will use this information to provide you with messaging and content relevant to our Site and Company. We will not sell or otherwise provide access to your Registration information to any third party under any circumstance unless as required by law.

ii. Registration with our App is required if you choose to download and use it. We will retain information you provide us including (but not limited to) your email address. We will use this information to provide you with messaging and content relevant to our Site, App, and Company. We will not sell or otherwise provide access to your Registration information to any third party under any circumstance unless as required by law.

b. Passive Data Collection

Primarily for the intent of maintaining and operating the App (see "Use of Information" below), we may passively collect the following types of information in order to enhance and understand your experience of the App:

Your native actions on the App (including how you use the app, which features you access, and items you save).
How you interact with Push Notifications
Device information such as device ID number

c. Retention of Information

As a Registered User of our App or Site's mailing list, we will retain your data for as long as you are an active member of our community. If no activity is detected on our App or Site for a period of 5 years, our Company will contact you via the email address associated with your Account to determine if you would like to continue having an Account with us. If no response if received, your Account will be de-activated and data collection will stop.

d. Request Deletion of Data

If at any time you would like your data to be deleted from our App or Site, please contact our Company via the email address listed in the Contact section of this Policy (info@lookthepart.tv).

e. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

2. Use of Personal Information

Information acquired about your use of our App or Site may be used by our Company in the following ways:

To enhance your experience of the App
To enable you to use the App's features
To establish and maintain your App account and its customized features, including the ability to save items, create collections, and followed characters
To create new features and functionality for the App
To provide customer service, technical support, and maintenance for the App
To perform statistical analysis regarding use of the App and Site
To communicate with you about the App, including updates, security alerts, or marketing materials which may be sent via a push notification or the email address associated with your Registration Information
To market the Site, App, and it's Services

b. Third-Party Data and Use of Information

We may permit third parties or advertisers to collect non-Personally Identifiable Information (PII) -- but never Registration Information -- from your use of Services. For example, our Company uses Google Analytics to understand how customers use our website; including, but not limited to, how they were referred to the Site and what pages they viewed while exploring the Site. Another example is a third-party advertiser may place a cookie (or similar type of digital tracking technology) to see how you move across websites and/or mobile apps. As a resident of California, you have the right to request deletion of tracked data at any time. If you wish to delete your data or have questions about use of your data at any time, you may contact the company at info@lookthepart.tv.

4. Compensation and Use of Affiliate Links

Services offered by third parties (e.g. Retailers such as Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Revolve, ASOS, TopShop, and Amazon) are featured on our Site and App, namely in the form of product links or advertisements. These Services may result in our Company earning a commission or incentive from the third-party Retailer. Commissions are based on qualifying sales which are generated by leads (clicks) on those specified links. Please see below for specific third-party affiliate disclosures:

a. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

b. We are a participant in the Rakuten/Linkshare Affiliate Program.

c. We are a participant in the CJ Affiliate Program (a.k.a. Commission Junction, a subsidiary of Conversant LLC), including a commissionable relationship with Revolve.

7. Push Notifications

By downloading the App and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as set forth in this Policy, you are consenting to receive push notifications. These notifications will not contain personal information; they will solely include information related to the App, including marketing the App and its contents (e.g. notifying a user about newly released outfits for a character they follow). If at any time you wish to stop receiving notifications, you may turn them off using your device's Settings.
