Olivia Rodrigo’s album cover is basically a ready-made Halloween costume: a sweet pink mini dress with a crisp white Peter Pan collar and cuffs, slouchy white socks and chunky black Mary Janes. The contrast between prim-and-pretty and slightly off-kilter makes the look instantly recognizable — and very easy to recreate. Hanging upside down from a swing is optional, but could make a great photo op for the Halloween post.
