Hi Everyone! I'm Lisa and I'm the founder of Look the Part! I first started this company back in 2019 with the goal of creating a fun and useful tool to celebrate fashion and identify items worn by characters. I've always felt inspired by onscreen wardrobes (hello Serena van der Woodsen and Alexis Rose!) and it naturally influenced my personal style over the years. When I created Look the Part, I wanted to connect people with outfits that inspired them (designers, where to buy) as well as celebrate costume design and all of the incredible talent that goes into making shows and films. It means the world to see this community engage with our mobile app. It's my pride and joy! I absolutely LOVE getting emails and DMs when you show off things you found on the app, especially from our similar styles and "Look the Part - for less!" sections. We spend a lot of time to provide content that goes beyond "exact" items; curating similar looks is our effort to keep celeb-inspired fashion accessible AND affordable. We are so happy it resonates!
